The Course
The Nicklaus-advisory approach combined with Villegas’s tour-level perspective produces a layout that is modern in conditioning and demanding at full length. The 7,301-yard championship setup and 73.5/143 rating/slope position Serrezuela in the same tier as the long-standing top courses while bringing a fresher design vocabulary.
How It Plays
At Sabana altitude (~2,600 m), expect the typical 10–15% added carry. The modern design favors players who can shape shots both ways and place tee balls in defined landing zones rather than relying on raw power. Greens are maintained to tournament-level firmness and pace.
Location & Access
Serrezuela is in Mosquera, west of Bogotá on the western Sabana. The Mosquera location places it within the same cluster as San Andrés (Funza), making a two-course western Sabana day natural.
The club is private. Visiting play is arranged through reciprocal arrangements, IAGTO-affiliated operators, or tournament events.
Practical Notes
